Warning about West Best Plumbing and Gas Perth

Do not use West Best Plumbing and Gas. I recently engaged this company to do some minor works on my property. After arriving late with no phone call to advise that they would be late which in turn made myself late for appointments. The plumber that finally arrived (the owner) was extremely rude and had no apology and didn't really seem to care that he was extremely late. After showing him what work needed to be done he then started rambling about the fees involved and asking how I was going to pay. By this time I'm just about going out of my mind and asked him to complete the work. After 2 hours the work was finally completed (so I thought anyhow). Within this horrible 2 hours he was on the phone for at least 30 minutes in total (which I was charged for). I paid the invoice at the end of the job and was happy to see him leave. On arrival home from work that afternoon I was greeted by a flooded bathroom. I called this company back only to get a voice message. After 30 minutes I gave up and called another company which responded immediately and arrived 15 minutes later to rectify the work. I was advised that the work was completed in an untradesman like manner and for a simple job it should never have happened. I also have been advised that the owner of this company had only finished his trade two years ago. If you want a professional plumber to work on your property DO NOT ring West Best Plumbing as you will have a nightmare like I did.
